Basuto Medical Centre has in place a complaints procedure which is available to all patients on request. All complaints should be put in writing and addressed to the Practice Manager, Lee Ebere. Any complaints will be acknowledged in writing within two working days of receipt. The complainant will be notified in writing within 20 working days of the outcome of the investigation and offering a full explanation and a reason for the decision reached. If the complainant is dissatisfied with the outcome of the investigation they can contact the Care Quality Commission (formally Healthcare Commission) direct at the following address:

The complaint will be registered in our register of complaints.

Basuto Medical Centre is run on a clear set of policies and procedures in order to protect the doctor and patient confidentiality and also patient's general well-being. we are registered with the Data Protection Act 1998.

The responsible individual and registered manager of Basuto Medical Centre is Dr. Hamish McMichen MB BS MRCGP of 2 Bowerdean Street, London SW6 3TW.

Dr. McMichen has been a practising GP for almost 32 years and is the sole proprietor of Basuto Medical Centre which he founded in 1990.
